RenFlow AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the rental management platform at renflow.tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
Account Information: Name, email address, role (renter, owner, agent, attorney), and profile details you provide during registration.
Property Data: Addresses, rent amounts, vacancy rates, amenities, and other property details submitted by owners.
Screening Results: Credit band, eviction history, and income verification data processed through our screening service.
Lease Documents: Uploaded lease agreements processed by our AI summarization engine.
Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage Analytics: Pages visited, features used, AI interactions, and feedback submitted to improve our services.
We use your information to: provide AI-powered property matching and occupancy optimization; process tenant screenings; generate lease summaries and transcriptions; personalize recommendations based on your preferences; process subscription payments; improve our AI models through aggregated, anonymized feedback; and communicate service updates.
Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (PostgreSQL, row-level security).
Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
AI Analysis: AI-powered analysis for occupancy plans, lease summaries, and chat interactions.
HuggingFace Models: facebook/bart-large-cnn for document summarization and openai/whisper-large-v2 for audio transcription, running on our own infrastructure.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.
We use essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party marketing cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will purge your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
