By accessing or using RenFlow AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RenFlow AI is an AI-powered rental management platform that connects renters, property owners, real estate agents, and attorneys. The Service includes AI property matching, occupancy optimization, tenant screening, lease summarization, audio transcription, escrow protection, and rent-to-own savings tracking.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure. You are liable for all activity under your account.
Free: Basic matching and rule-based occupancy plans at no cost.
Pro: $29/month (renters) or $99/month (owners). Includes AI insights, lease summaries, and audio transcription.
Premium: $499/month. Unlimited AI features, API access, and white-label options.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Free and Pro plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
You agree not to: post fraudulent property listings; harass other users; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; use the Service for illegal activities; attempt to circumvent security measures; or impersonate other users or entities.
RenFlow AI uses artificial intelligence to generate property recommendations, occupancy plans, lease summaries, and market insights. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions based on AI-generated content.
RenFlow AI owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, AI models, and branding. Users retain ownership of their own data, including property information, documents, and personal details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting help@renflow.tech or through your dashboard settings.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
